We ask each prospective member to fill out an application form and submit it to the office either in person, mail, or email. Once we receive the application, it goes on to be submitted at the next Board of Directors meeting for approval.

Online Payment Information
We have adopted a new billing system. With this new system, you now have the option to sign up for Auto-Pay. To register for an online customer portal please visit: https://jemezspringsdwa.frontdeskgworks.com/ to sign up. For instructions on registering please click the blue button below that says “Portal Registration Instructions”.
If you do not want to sign up with an online portal you can still enroll in auto-pay. Simply print “AutoPay Enrollment Form below and mail it to our office at P.O. Box 123, Jemez Springs, NM 87025 or you can bring it to our office located at 16899 Highway 4, Jemez Springs, NM 87025.
